Minsk Cycling Club Team Won Gold at the Games of the Future
Minsk Cycling Club won at the Games of the Future in Kazan.
In the “physical cycling” section of the virtual race, following the results of four stages, our athletes scored 522 points.
Athletes from Russia were in second place with a score of 469 points, and Italians were in third place (425 points).
The competition consisted of four types: one kilometer time trial, scratch, elimination race and criterium.
The large-scale tournament takes place in Kazan from February 21 to March 3, 2024. More than 260 experienced teams and more than 2,000 athletes from different countries take part in 21 innovative disciplines: 16 in the main and 5 in the extended program.
The competition will be divided into 5 categories: sports, tactics, strategy, technology and speed.
