The Public Association “Belarusian Cycling Federation” was founded on January 17, 1992.
In 1992 the Belarusian Cycling Federation (BCF) was officially recognized by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the Union Europeenne de cyclisme (UEC) as the only organization having an exclusive authority to manage the development of cycling in the country, to organize national and international cycling competitions in the Republic of Belarus, to represent cycling in the international sport institutions: relations and contacts with the UCI, national cycling unions and federations as well as with other Belarusian and international associations.
The BCF mission is to promote and develop cycling in the Republic of Belarus. The Belarusian Cycling Federation oversees the development of youth and mass cycling in the country, the enhancement of the technical and material base. As a part of the BCF activities there is a constant improvement of the organization system, internal competitions, as well as training and development of coaches and judges.
