Sychuhou and Shynkarenka are champions of Belarus in cyclocross
The Cup and Championship of Belarus in cyclocross were held in Brest and Grodno. In the men's Cup, the victory was won by two-time world track champion Yauheni Karaliok (Grodno region), ahead of Minsk Cycling Club teammates Dzianis Marchuk (Brest region) and Vasili Strokau (Minsk region). Hanna Kalashnikava (Brest region) won among women, Kseniya Shynkarenka (Mogilev region) was second, Valeryia Stsepanets (Brest region) was third. In the junior men ace, Maksim Malyshko (Brest region) finished first, Egor Khevuk (Brest region) finished second, and Kiryl Marchik (Grodno region) finished third. A week later, the racers went to Grodno, where the national championship medals were played out.
In the men's race, first place was taken by Aliaksandr Sychuhou (Brest region), who was faster than Vasili Strokau (Minsk region) and Zakhar Kaminski (Minsk). Among women, Kseniya Shynkarenka (Mogilev region) took the lead. Silver - Hanna Kalashnikava (Brest region), bronze - Valeryia Stsepanets (Brest region).
