2020 UCI Road World Cycling Championships started in Italy

2020 UCI Road World Cycling Championships started in Italy today, which will take place from 24 to 27 September in Imola and the Emilia-Romagna region..

This time the races will be held only in the "elite" category. There will be no U-23 junior competitions.

The championship schedule includes road races, ITT and ITT with a time trial. Athletes represent the national teams of their countries, with the exception of team races.

The best Belarusian riders will represent our country at these championships: two-time world champion Yauheni Karaliok, champion of I European Games Alena Amialiusik, rider of the Minsk Cycling Club Anastasia Kolesova, Alexander Riabushenko, who has been playing for the UAE Team Emirates world tour team since 2018.
